You are more likely to experience showers or cloud during May, June, September and October although these tend to be fleeting and the temperature remains warm.

When can I swim in the sea?
The sea here in resort is extremely clean and the beach is sandy and has a low slope gradient making swimming conditions perfect. Please be aware that there are no life guards on any of the beaches in Pefkos.
Will I need Air conditioning?
Again, this is down to personal preference. Almost certainly in July and August you will need AC. However some people prefer to open windows or use a fan if provided. It is unlikely that you will need AC in May or October as the weather is much more bearable and we experience some breezes which help to cool things down.
